Zen Saturdays are back in 2025! Every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30, start the weekend in zenitude with a free yoga session on the canal!

Every Saturday during the summer, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the western end of the Soulanges Canal, participate in our yoga sessions along the canal! Be zen to start the weekend!
