to the canal
Every Saturday during the summer, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the western mouth of the Soulanges Canal, participate in our yoga sessions along the canal! Be zen to start the weekend!

Location: Sessions are held at the western mouth of the Soulanges Canal in Thomas-Monro / Louis-Stanislas-Pariseau Park. Please note: some sessions (e.g. July 22 as part of the Nautical Festival) will be held in the Parc Emblème (on the other side of the canal), depending on the activities planned at the Embouchure – pointe festive.
