The Soulanges Canal Shuttle invites you to enjoy a day of leisurely, carefree exploration all along the waterfront. Just twice this summer — on July 25th and August 15th, 2026 — this free service takes you from one attraction to another, allowing you to discover the area’s most beautiful landscapes, historic sites, and gourmet stops.
Hop on board, sit back, and enjoy a getaway where every stop becomes a new discovery.
A shuttle designed for explorers
The shuttle runs in a loop around the canal and stops so you can explore various attractions. Whether you want to:
- walk near the locks,
- enjoy a meal on a riverside terrace,
- visit a historic site,
- rent a kayak or a bike
… the shuttle will drop you off right there. Free, no reservation required, and accessible to everyone: it’s your best ally for a relaxing, eco-friendly, and hassle-free day of adventure.
A route connecting the Soulanges canal’s most beautiful spots
With multiple stops throughout the day at participating attractions, you can explore several locations at your own pace. There is also pick-up and drop-off point at Vaudreuil Station, ideal for those arriving by train or living in the area.
The shuttle departs from the station at 8:45 a.m., 10:23 a.m., 2:07 p.m., 3:54 p.m., and the final departure at 6:45 p.m.
The train arrives from Montreal at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The train departs for Montreal at 7:00 p.m.
