Kaïn at L’Embouchure!
In the spring of 2019, the trio worked on the project celebrating the 20th anniversary of its existence and created what was intended to be the consecration album, “Je viens d’ici.” The double album, self-made, on which no less than 9 guests come to bring their voices to the touching, unifying and festive music of Kaïn. From Paul Daraîche to Matt Lang, from Laurence Jalbert to 2 Frères, La Chicane, Les frères Painchaud, Stephen Faulkner, Renée Martel and Yves Lambert. An ambitious project, including 10 new songs, in addition to the 10 successes covered by the guests. The song “Yé midi kek part,” which pays tribute to hard workers, is already a success when the group starts working on the new show which will hit the road in February 2020.
